How do I restore purchases on a new Mac?

In the app, open Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in to the App Store with the Apple account used for purchase. Purchases are permanent.

How do I request a refund?

All transactions are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple account used for the purchase.

A purchase did not unlock?

Check your connection and relaunch the app. If it persists, email us with the approximate purchase time and we will help.
